Join me for a candlelit journey into yoga, mantra and meditation that will leave you feeling calm and completely relaxed.

Give yourself the space to unwind, de-stress and discover the most blissful way to finish your month.

We will work with breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm the mind and explore simple, mindful flows to alleviate muscular stress. The main focus will be sinking into seated/reclined yin poses (asana) to promote health, flexibility and energy meridian balance. We will complete the class with a guided meditation. 

All of this in glowing candlelight to traditional Indian mantra. Sheer bliss!

This class is accessible to all levels of experience. Bring your own mat if you have one - some yoga mats available to use. Bring a blanket & cushion for meditation to ensure you leave feeling amazing!
