Declutter yourself and re-set your intentions for 2018 before the clocks “spring forward”

What you’ll get?
Is 2018 feeling a little crazy already? This day retreat creates the space for you to step out of all the “doing”, to slow down and to tune in to you and the experience you want to have this year.

You will be introduced to slow, gentle yoga techniques to balance & restore your energy with guided meditations to encourage you to let go of anything that no longer serves you. (No previous experience of yoga or meditation is necessary)


When is it?
The retreat is held on Saturday 24th March 2018, the day before the clocks “spring forward” and the weekend immediately after the Spring Equinox. This is a powerful time to tune-in to what you are ready to let go of and what you want to create for yourself.

Where is it?
The retreat will be held at the Abbey Road Community Hall. This is a lovely light and airy space in a central Colchester location with plenty of parking

Who is it for?
This day retreat is for adults of any age and stage who are ready to slow down, tune-in, get clearer about how you spend your time, energy and attention and whether that is serving you and set real intentions for the year using your whole body, your mind, your intuition, your energy and your creativity to explore this.

Who are we?
Samantha Ross is a yoga and meditation teacher. She works as a catalyst for compassionate change. She is well known for her calming vibe and positive energy. Samantha has blended her wide range of personal practice experience with advanced yin & meditation training to bring balanced yin/yang classes infused with Buddhism to her students in Colchester and further afield.

Samantha says…

Bronwyn Nash is a transformational life coach, trainer and group facilitator. She is an explorer of self, through dialogue, creativity, movement, touch and voice. Bronwyn is based in Colchester and has her own successful coaching practice Bronwyn will be facilitating a fun and playful vision board creation experience, harnessing our intuition and sub conscious and building on the experiences of the morning.

Ally  - My first vision boarding with Bronwyn was enlightening! I had the chance to express myself in a new way was so rewarding and freeing.
Kate  - I found vision boarding a very powerful exercise. Having Bronwyn lead the session helped me to produce a beautiful board that encapsulates all that is important to me. I'd v highly recommend it.

Why attend?
On this day retreat we will create the conditions for you to be able to get clearer and declutter yourself ready for Spring.

The day will be gentle, playful, creative and powerful and you’ll have your own vision board to take home with you to keep what you have created and discovered alive and present.

What will happen?
The day will run from 10am to 4pm with a sharing lunch. The morning session will be movement & meditation and the afternoon session will be creative vision boarding.

We invite everyone to eat their lunch together to maintain our retreat community's energy and bring a dish to share with your fellow attendees. There will be a selection of herbal and fruit teas, water, dairy and nut-milks and good old fashioned tea and coffee! We will also provide fruit and healthy snacks. We will have full access to the kitchen and refrigeration.

There are 15 places only, to create an intimate and safe space.
