What to expect: This class is a great way to start your week. We explore static yoga poses (asana) to learn alignment and safe practice and build slow, mindful vinyasa flows to encourage strength, stamina and flexibility. We finish every class with a short meditation.

These classes are especially good for beginners. Some challenge is provided for more experienced yogis. Bring your own mat if you have one - some yoga mats available to use. Bring a blanket & cushion for meditation.

Cost: £8 PAYG - Multiple class passes available

Class size max: 20 students - booking in advance is essential as this class is often fully booked.


Mindful Flow & Yin Yoga with Meditation
Friday 10:00-11:30

What to expect: This class is the perfect way to finish your week. We work with breathing techniques (pranayama) and explore static yoga poses (asana) to learn alignment and safe practice. We build slow, mindful vinyasa flows to encourage muscle strength, stamina & flexibility. We also work with longer hold yin poses to promote joint health, fascia flexibility and energy meridian balance. We finish every class with a meditation.

We also work with longer hold yin poses to promote joint health, fascia flexibility and energy meridian balance. We finish every class with a meditation.

This class is especially good for complete beginners and those recovering from injury. Bring your own mat if you have one - some yoga mats available to use. Bring a blanket & cushion for meditation.

We work with breathing techniques (pranayama) and explore simple, mindful flows to encourage muscle flexibility & to let go of any muscular stress. Our main focus will be working with longer hold yin poses (asana) to promote joint health, fascia flexibility and energy meridian balance. We finish every class with gentle restorative poses and a guided meditation.

This class is accessible to everyone. Bring your own mat if you have one - some yoga mats available to use. Bring a blanket & cushion for meditation.

Cost: £15 PAYG

I am also available for private tuition either 1:1 and for groups of up to 4 people, either in your home or in our studio space (pricing on request). This is ideal if you have a specific health need or want to progress your personal yoga practice in a particular area, while also fitting in with your busy work schedule.
